What a great present for Buddy's birthday and for our peace of mind.

You have been amazingly patient with us as we struggled to develop our strategy to invest in what may be the toughest real estate market in the nation - all the while sharing your knowledge and instructing us in the ways of Coronado real estate. I think your crowning moment may have been watching us decide without hesitation yesterday on 744 B Avenue without even a blink of the eye. We are McNeill trained for sure. I know we have to hurdle the inspections and closing but just to reach past this hurdle is significant.

What a pleasant turn of events for the Marshall's, but the one we will treasure the most is the chance befriending of Coronado's real estate "Mr. Inside" via our mutual friend Donna. Thanks again Frank.
